I have been working on my mental health, after going thru the death of my father a year ago. Choosing to have a better outlook, being more approachable, doing what's best for me as a whole. Trying to project a better output towards fellow workers as well as people I run across thru out my day. As well as eatting alot better, not eatting to feed my feelings.
