Substance Use & Recovery

Lyra Renew: Personalized support for substance use and recovery

Struggling with substance use is challenging and scary—but you don’t have to face it alone. Lyra can help you or your eligible dependents recover from substance use through personalized, confidential treatment.

Lyra can support you to stop using:

  • Alcohol

  • Opioids

  • Nicotine

  • Stimulants

  • Cannabis

Here's how it works:

  1. Fill out a few questions to help understand Lyra your situation and goals.

  2. A Lyra therapist specially trained in substance use will meet with you one-on-one to support you using a care plan tailored to your specific needs. If you have access to Lyra Medication Management, you may also receive treatment from one of Lyra’s physicians.

  3. You will get additional support through small group peer sessions led by a Lyra recovery support specialist. This specialist will also help you stay on track with your care plan.

  4. If you need more intensive treatment, Lyra can help you access outpatient programs, residential treatment, or inpatient care.
