Caregiver Flu Shot Events

The Providence family of organizations offers annual flu vaccinations to all caregivers (employees), medical staff and volunteers.

Caregivers are asked to take action by Oct. 31:

• If you get your flu shot from one of the vaccination events listed below, no further action is needed.

• If you get a flu shot elsewhere or cannot get a flu shot, please submit an attestation or declination:

  • Employed caregivers

  • Medical staff
