Few years go working office type job and very little physical activity caused me to gain a lot of weight. I couldn’t do simple things I enjoyed and stress of work and work issues made me just want to go home and made me feel tired. Later I decided for personal reasons to stay active and anytime I felt tired to do physical activities instead at Home away from work. This was my way of therapy to get my mind relaxed from daily work. After last few years I feel awesome, I have more energy, and I enjoy doing many things while also being physically in shape and mentally relaxed. I strongly recommend when you feel tired from work find other extracurricular activities to keep you busy whether it’s playing sports with kids, gym, gardening just don’t give up.
