Small Changes Make a BIG Impact

People used to tell me working out required a lot of commitment and I've always struggled with my weight. It wasn't until someone told me you just need to maintain an activity a day. I started walking two to three miles while listening to an audiobook. Eventually the weight gradually started coming off. I didn't weigh myself but noticed the weight loss because my cloths would be looser and felt more comfortable. It really is just the small changes that can make a big impact. Down 45lbs!
