Choose Well has encouraged me to make positive changes in my well-being before and after my fall accident where I had a double leg fracture. It has been more than a year since my accident and I have been feeling better and better every day. Choose Well has always kept me in contact with my friends and always inspired me to continue to thrive and look after my health. I have been walking since February where I started part-time then full-time in April. I walk at least 10000 steps every day and swim as well. I work with kids so I am always on my feet. I am very thankful and greatful for this Program and for all they do to keep us healthy in mind, body and spirit.
