Helping Hands is a tax-free grant funded program designed to provide emergency
assistance (up to a $2,000 lifetime limit) to caregivers who are experiencing
a crisis, unexpected hardship or at risk of domestic violence and are
unable to pay for basic necessities such as food, housing, utilities and
transportation.
