Caregiver Flu Shot Events
The Providence family of organizations offers annual flu vaccinations to all caregivers (employees), medical staff and volunteers.
If you get your flu shot from one of the vaccination events listed below, no further action is needed.
If you get a flu shot elsewhere or cannot get a flu shot, please submit an attestation or declination:
