Approaching 50 yrs old, I was graining weight quite rapidly. I decided to finally give up processed carbs and extra sugars. Fruit is my sugar now and it is not every day. I also cut back on excessive exercise I felt it was making me more hungry. I also went to Complete Nurtrition and got an assessment to the average calories my body need/burns daily. It was way less than I was actually eating. I finally realized that I only need enough food to survive not to store. I have lost alot of inches of water bloating. I feel so much better.
