Struggling with emotions is common. In fact, one in five people experience a mental health disorder in any given year. Going through a deeply stressful situation is not the exception; it’s the norm. All month long, we will share resources on how to seek care for yourself and the importance of connecting with others to ensure No One Cares Alone.
