You are Enough

Hands in the shape of a heart Hands in the shape of a heart
When I was younger, I felt I was constantly comparing myself to others. I wasn't smart enough, I wasn't thin enough, I wasn't athletic enough, I wasn't wealthy enough, I wasn't pretty enough, and so on. As I've gotten older, I have grown into myself with confidence and belief that I am enough. I think about my accomplishments, my ability to make people laugh, my compassion and kindness, my amazing family, and know that all of these things make me 'enough.' It is not about the size of my bank account, my waistline, or my looks that determine my worth. Sure, the comparison mindset makes an occasional appearance, but I focus on the important things that make me who I am to remind myself that I am enough. Think about the important and beloved things that make you who you are, and know that with these, you are enough.
