Tracking to Reach My Goals

I was a regular gym attendee for over 20 years. Going to the gym at least 5 times a week. Then COVID hit and gyms were closed. Once they re-opened i was still leery about going. I did go for about 3 weeks during summer 2021, but rising case numbers for COVID made me re-think. So i am back to trying to develop a new routine. I realized how quickly i could lose my routine. I don't have an inspirational finish to my story, it is still a struggle for me, and i am not yet meeting my fitness goals. But daily check ins on Choose Well help me keep track of my activity to see if i am improving or stagnating :)
