Tracking My Healthy Habits

With Choose Well I have been able to track my healthy habits which encourages me to do so more often. Drinking water first thing and getting a healthy breakfast and tracking my sleep are among the first things I do. Tracking is positive for me because I can see all that I have accomplished for the day and week.
