I’m so much more aware of all the little things that contribute to my overall health. How saying hello to another person every day affects me or how making sure I drink water first thing in the morning helps a ton. I also got my Fitbit working again and when I can see actual, climbing numbers, it’s so much more fun taking walks or finding excuses to get more steps in every day.
