Previously I was experiencing daily chronic pain. Thankfully those days are gone but one thing that I learned is the mind and body connection. When I was experiencing pain or felt it was about to get worse I would meditate and learn to notice my breaths. After years of practice this greatly has increased my quality of life. Being mindful of the present is something we can all take advantage of.
