The Financial Rewards Are Such a Fun Perk

Choose Well has helped me take charge of my health and well-being once again. All my friends on the Choose Well app help motivate me to push myself beyond my perceived limitations! I love this program and the financial rewards are such a fun perk and have made getting healthy all the more fun! I am in GREAT health according to my PCP and that blessed my heart to know I'm doing all I can to ensure that I'll be around for my family. In a 5 year period I watched both my parents struggle with health issues that resulted from an inactive lifestyle. This initially motivated me to get moving and over the last few years the fun I've had earning points and challenging myself keep me motivated!!!
