A mother of two, partner, daughter, sister, sister-in-law, friend + work. Life is hard, stressful and not always perfect. Utilized my resources with my PCP, caregiver health, friends, family and counselor for support. know and understand we are not alone, many have very similar issues. talk more about these services and resources so its known, its ok.
