Take Charge of Yourself

Started PT for a better gait. It has changed my outlook significantly. With multiple injuries in both legs & feet, my activity level had been very low for over a year. I have been slowly healing but my gait had worsened. Now that I have initiated some PT for my feet & ankles, my gait is improving & I am so motivated w a more positive outlook! My message is to take charge of yourself & do what you can to improve yourself, it goes a long way in your life enjoyment.
