Swimming Helped My Entire Body

I began swimming 20 years ago - just 3 laps my first time out. Over several years, worked up to a mile. It helped my entire body condition and felt great. I ran into some problems with my ear and swimming faded into the background. I really missed it. Recently, I have been thinking about giving it another try and yesterday after work, I swam my first mile! it felt great, as always.
