Setting Daily Goals

I turned 50 this last November. It’s caused me to think more about my health and well-being, and what steps I can take to improve them. I have been setting daily manageable goals to start moving myself towards healthier habits. I’m starting to feel more confident about my ability to meet my goals. It feels nice!
