The daily tracking has helped me stay on track in my tracking, daily habits/changes and also allows me to actually see the changes virtually with the tracking along with my own physical and emotional changes. Since December 23rd, I have lost a total of 40lbs. I started making changes on my own prior to this program and when this program came along it has greatly supported what I started on my own with holding me accountable and focused. I have currently plateaued in my weight loss but I have been losing inches. I can say that I am starting to see the changes in the mirror. Looking forward to continuing with my journey, one step and goal at a time.
