Recovery- I am an alcoholic but I been sober for over a year and I have no plan in going back. I have always drank and worked hard. But as i got older drinking just took over more of my life. I was there but not present and i was getting sick and on the verge of a heart attack. So I said enough. I started going to recovery meetings and working with others in my situation. Today, I feel great, my family life is great, work is great. I really feel like everyday is is a positive feedback loop that I am on the right path. We all can make changes in our life if we want too. Don’t be afraid to tell someone you need help, its ok, it doesn’t define you as a person. If you want to find out more on what to do or need help getting started dealing with your addiction. I would be more than happy to talk to you.
