New Patient Story

I have long dreamed for the job I have been promoted to. I thought it would be amazing to lead a team and implement changes for the better, as I've long been under the detrimental previous leadership. I had a positive outlook that I could turn everything around with the snap of a finger. I've since learned that not everyone thinks the way that I do. It's been a hard struggle, and I really blamed myself for everything that went wrong in the first few months of my new career. I have had to learn that it's not all on me to make the changes, and accept that others will take longer to adapt than most. Having this mental clarity has helped me help those who need me most and it's been truly rewarding.
