New Patient Story

I've been tracking habits with Choose Well, increasing daily exercise, added 2 extra days of weight training, improving diet, and increasing social engagement. Even with all my efforts, I continue to struggle with losing weight. I put on 15 pounds when I turned 60yrs old. I'm now 63 yrs old and have not lost the weight. With age comes other changes to the body. I've developed allergies and rashes never experienced before. Going through skin test with an allergist and planning to do a medical cleanse with a friend this Spring. Hoping to cleanse and maybe reset my metabolism. I'll keep you posted.
