I had always been fit and skinny until my mid 20s. I had a difficult time conceiving and received a diagnosis of PCOS. Once I was successful, I had a high risk pregnancy with cholestasis and preeclampsia. Once I delivered, I was diagnosed with rheumatoid arthritis-all before the age of 30! I became depressed and stopped focusing on myself. It was t until a couple of years ago I started taking control again and it feels amazing to have that back! I may not be where I want to be, but it definitely made me want to live a healthier lifestyle.
