My Goal Is to Never Go to a Doctor

My goal is to never go to a doctor. I want to prevent any possible illnesses and potential diseases that run in my family’s genes. To achieve this I consciously eat healthy avoiding sugars, alcohol, and carbs. I exercise 4 times a week, where cardio and lifting weights a bit are my focus. I meditate, read, and put effort into hanging out with my family and friends.
