Moving throughout the day

I sit in front of a desk for what feels like 10 hours day, though I know it's less. Taking short walks at break time, or a longer one during my lunch break has helped my stress levels so much. Feeling the sun or wind on my face and smelling the trees and leaves as I walk past give me the energy to finish up the day with a better mindset.
