I was already on my journey to wellness when Choose Well started. Enrolling in the program has helped me stay focused. I Joined Weight Watchers in March 2017, I originally thought I would lose 25 pounds, but knew I needed to lose much more than that. I started the program and quickly realized I could be successful with many new lifestyle changes. As of March 2018, I have lost 58 pounds, and I’m 2 pounds away from my goal of 60 lbs total weight loss
