I always thought I was a healthy individual until I took a blood test and discovered I has borderline high cholesterol. High cholesterol runs in my family, but I didn’t think it would affect me as much because I eat pretty healthy. However, I soon realized I didn’t exercise enough. Choose well has allowed me to keep track of healthy habits such as the number of daily steps I take, how often I exercise, how many hours I sleep each night, and much more. I feel healthier now and I feel like I can prevent myself from increasing my chances of having high cholesterol. Thank you Choose Well!
