Inspired Me to Do Even Better

When we started tracking in Choose Well, there were a few things that I noticed right away. First off was just by tracking, I was more aware of the steps I was getting daily and I wanted to increase that, especially when in a challenge with co-workers. The other important thing I noticed was that I was already doing a good job of eating the right foods, a good breakfast, veggies, lean protein, so it was almost like a reward to have that recognition and it inspired me to do even better. In general, Choose Well just helps us to be more aware of what we are doing in terms of fitness and nutrition and to improve upon our good habits, reducing ones we know we should.
