I’ve Lost 10lbs and Have Started Sleeping Better

After joining Choose Well, I started journaling my daily meals. I had also thought I ate pretty healthy. I realized right away that I was clearly consuming fat too many calories and that my portion sizes were much too large. My meals were heavy on carbs and lacking in protein. I was going too many hours between eating. Since joining Choose Well I’ve lost 10lbs and have started sleeping better.
