I Really Like Health Habits

Choose Well is a great program that gives a constant reminder to stay healthy and active. I really like health habits and tools that allow tracking of my workout, reminder to make good choice when it comes to diet like sweet stuff. It's a great reminder for me to be more active both mentally and physically. I like the sleep pattern tracking as it tells me the correlation of sleep pattern, my well-being, and overall performance as a result of that. Overall all it reminder to create a better version of me for myself.
