Stairs Stairs

Since the beginning of the Choose Well challenge, I've been reminded that efforts to make big health changes are limited to the number of hours in the day. Given work, commute, home life, living in a rural community, etc., getting to the gym or out on the trail is a challenge. So along with taking stairs and getting up from my desk and moving every hour, what I have chosen to do, to make a positive change, is not drink my nightly glass of wine during the week, allowing myself a glass of wine on the weekend only. This I can do, and I'm proud of it.
