I’m Proud of How Much I Have Lost

Well, one day I stepped on the scale and realized I was one pound away from 200. Wos! I then decided to make some changes to my diet and calories, more water, and a lot more fruits and veggies. Today I now weigh 167 and I'm proud of how much I have lost. Hard work and dedication helped me out a lot.
