A little over 2 years ago I introduced by BFF to hiking. She loved it! We hike & adventure nearly every weekend. In addition to that we walk several miles per week rain or shine. I cut sugar, processed foods, and seed oils out of my diet. I feel really good. The joints in my hands no longer hurt. My endurance is greatly improved as well. My skin looks better and I feel much more confident over all. I have so much fun adventuring I often don't even realize the was 8 or 9 miles. We stop and take photos & enjoy the beautiful scenery. We truly hope we inspire others to take charge of their health with our social medical posts.
