Being cognizant of my daily movements and habits has been a big step in working towards a healthier me. Having a full plate of family and work to balance, I realized it was more than ok to take time and focus on myself, it was imperative that I do so. The more I can give to myself, the more there is of me to give. Healthy habits have definitely helped me build a stronger foundation.
