Diet and Exercise Program

Well it started with me joining OMADA, which is a diet and exercise program. You have a team and a coach that help you as you go. We do the same things in that program and a little more of the food tracking. But all in all I am glad that I had both. It really kept me on track. I have no thyroid so I can't really lose weight easy, with both of these programs I have lost 23 pounds. I think that this was an amazing thing for me. And I think it is good for others too!
