I began a weight loss and fitness journey in 2014 with the help of a friend. Since that time, I have continued to lose weight, become more fit and engage in outdoor sports such as Half Marathons, 10Ks, and three Tough Mudder Challenges. I developed healthier eating habits and a lifestyle of exercise and fitness. Choose Well helps me stay motivated and provides accountability at work to continue to make healthy choices. Since 2014, I have lost 50 pounds and continue to keep it off!
