Connecting the Food APP

Connecting the food app seemed like it would be such a burden to do initially but once I found patterns in my rating and had most of the foods I regularly eat plugged in I found it to be very helpful. I was able to lose 10lbs and keep it off all year and see that I was sabotaging myself but just enough to not lose weight. Ultimately I chose to incorporate more beans and nuts in my diet and reduce sugar in general.
