Came for the incentives, stayed for the change. I began my journey with the goal of boating the requisite points to earn enough points to get my health dollars. I would log in daily to make sure I was clicking all the boxes and maxing my points for the day. After a couple weeks I found myself carrying those tips with me throughout the week. My mindset began to change from checking boxes to “what have I done to keep my mind and body healthy today?” As a health practitioner, I wasn’t expecting to learn much from an app. What I gained was less about learning and much more about bringing change into my daily practice. Keep going until the check list becomes daily check-in
