My daughter had a baby and I decided I needed to get healthy so I will be able to watch her grow up. Her other grandmother died suddenly at 52 of a heart condition. That was a wake up call that I must change my ways. I started eating healthier, taking Bar Class and walking. I eat half of what is on my plate and eat only until I am full. I started getting up earlier and doing chores in the morning so I have the evening to spend with family and friends. I am feeling so much better mentally and physically.
