I really appreciate the new Choose Well program. It’s motivated me to add thousands of steps into my day, and I now also take time to climb about 50 flights of stairs a day, something I wasn’t doing at all before. The challenges between friends give that extra push as well, and I enjoy seeing the daily progress we all make toward being healthier people. I know it can take extra work to log steps and other activities, but to me, it’s worth it to see the health gains I am making. Thanks for providing this program to us!
