15 Minutes for Me a Day

Work, life, pandemic, news...they all cause stress. I've found that spending 15 minutes first thing in the morning to stretch...doing what feels good from all the yoga classes I've taken, starts my day off on a good note. When I don't stretch in the morning by the end of the day sitting all day on calls, I'm all tense. This gives me 15 minutes for just me every day. I just concentrate on each stretch, visualize the muscle getting longer and not on my to do list for the day. It feels great and I can actually focus better during the day.
