10 Seconds at a Time

Mindfulness has been a pursuit of mine for the last half of the year. It has been a process to reach where I am at today, but through meditation and mindfulness books I have been able to reach a calmer state of mind. Whenever I am overwhelmed or feel anxious I just tell myself "10 seconds at a time."
