I have lost 25 pounds with the Omada Weight Loss program and the tricks and tips learned while on the journey has allowed me to increase my physical activity (and actually enjoy it!) and change my diet so I maintain a healthy weight and not gain it all back. I discovered I am the kind of person that gains a lot of muscle, so I don't follow the number on the scale so much as I do the fact that my pant size keeps shrinking and my energy levels and general wellbeing have improved for the better. I make conscious food and snack choices every day and I have successfully weaned myself off from soda and certain high fat high calorie snacks.
