I have been doing the "daily cards" for the past year, and it has really allowed me to focus and pay attention to tracking my sleep, and my sleep hygiene. I have added essential oils, sleep mask, and meditation to my routine, which have all lead me to a great night of sleep. I have also put focus on my fitness. I love that my fitbit connects so easily to the program, and I find myself constantly trying to do something more to be moving and keep my health up. Along with this, I have recently found I enjoy the recipe finder! such yummy and healthy options! All really great additions and changes to my life that have had a positive impact with my work life balance, and my relationships.
