I love tracking my sleep to see how much it has improved! I used to sleep 5-6 hours a night. I cut way back on caffeine and sugar, drink chamomile tea instead, do a good sleep routine--dimming the lights, use flux on computer screen and generally stay off of it. I also always take the stairs, do stealth exercises (like pelvic floor lifting) while in line, charting or waiting.
