Through tracking what I eat. I discovered that I am eating way more sugar than I thought I was. I dont eat sweets/candy but I was having a lot of fruit smoothies. I have been able to cut down the fruit intake and focus more on veg. Making one small step at a time can be a life change and not just a fad.
