Hello everyone, For the last year or so, I have been struggling to incorporate exercise back into my life. I joined the YMCA and attend a Water Zumba class twice a week. It has been an amazing experience and I have made a few friends in the process. I am so glad that I found an enjoyable activity that doesn't feel like exercise and is easy on my joints. I have lost 20 pounds, and I feel great! I am so glad that I accomplished my goal, and I am looking forward to future to crush more of my goals.
