Your 2024 Health Incentive

If you earned your health incentive by Nov. 10, 2023, and you are enrolled in a medical plan for 2024, here are some important things to know about the health incentive:  

• You will receive your 2024 health incentive beginning in January.  

• Caregivers who believe there was a plan administrative error, system error, technology problem or other circumstance affecting their ability to complete the 2024 health incentive activities may file an appeal by contacting Virgin Pulse at 844-930-1238. You have certain rights if you believe you were denied a benefit to which you are entitled. Appeals can be made through March 31, 2024. 

• Your Virgin Pulse points were reset to zero, the new program year has begun.
